JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is efficient routing execution and capacity planning for assigned markets using routing systems and operational tools. This role works to build efficient routes that balance service, cost, and capacity while maintaining clear communication with field leadership and supporting overall operational performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute daily routing activities for assigned markets using routing systems (e.g., Cheetah, RBMS) - Build efficient routes with a balance of service, cost, and capacity utilization - Adjust service day availability and limits to support demand and optimize job mix - Perform route batching, route adjustments, and updates based on daily operational needs - Identify capacity gaps and support actions to maximize available routing capacity - Communicate regularly with market leadership regarding routing plans, changes, and constraints - Support coordination with field teams to align routing execution with operational needs - Review and update customer scheduling to ensure accuracy and alignment with routing plans - Monitor routing performance using available reporting tools and dashboards - Review and manag...
