POSITION SUMMARY: The Lady Liberty Crew Member ensures exceptional guest experience through high-end hospitality and impeccable maintenance of the Lady Liberty yacht. Associates in this role will serve in a variety of roles including crew member & mate depending on the operation of the boat, which may include a variation of pay differentials. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Participate in ride-along & job shadowing during the training process - General maintenance tasks on Lady Liberty including daily inspections, cleaning the boat – both dockside or on land. - Assist the captain in ensuring that all passengers and crew remain safe while the Lady Liberty is cruising or guests are on board (may include pay differential during cruise operations) - Responsible for remaining current for all trainings, required meetings, review or other non-cruising obligations for the Lady Liberty crew - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum Years of experience: 1-3 years’ experience in boating, maintenance or marine mechanics - Required Certificate(s) or License(s): NA - Preferred Certification(s): Boater’s license KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABIL...
