Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team supporting the new product development of our advanced unmanned robotic systems. This role provides leadership to the engineering organization while driving innovation, product development, and cost optimization initiatives that support mission-critical solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will oversee engineering staff, guide technical strategies, and ensure the successful execution of new product development and enhancements to existing robotic systems. This leader will also drive value engineering and value analysis initiatives to improve product performance, manufacturability, and lifecycle cost while supporting operational efficiency.
