Job description

What you will be doing · Be knowledgeable of all marina activities and amenities. · Be personable with marina guests & residents. · Assist in guest arrival, tying dock lines, and connecting customer electric and water to marina facilities. · Occasionally answer phone calls from customers regarding reservations & pricing after training. · Accept customer payments through QuickBooks after training. · Maintain cleanliness of marina office, docks, walkways, bath houses, pool area/furniture, and parking lots. · Ensure the property is free of debris and trash. · Assist pool operator with pool deep cleans when needed. · Consult with Marina Manager for daily duties/scheduling. · Be able to make recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. when asked by guests.
