About the role selectability is seeking an experienced administration officer - intake all-rounder to be part of our team. As an administration officer - intake, you will assist to provide high quality service to our team. As our administration officer - intake you will be required to complete a broad range of administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - performing administrative tasks whilst demonstrating good organisational skills, flexibility and problem solving - monitoring the shared inbox daily, responding promptly and professionally to referrals, enquiries, and internal communications - liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather required onboarding documentation and complete risk checks, with an understanding of risk identification and mitigation - coordinating and scheduling intake appointments, including setting dates and times, preparing relevant documentation, and attending intake meetings as required - communicating directly with recipients and key stakeholders throughout the intake and onboarding process to ensure timely, accurate information exchange - completing all intake documentation - managing TRACCS onboard...
