ESG Regulatory Consultant Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime | Type: Permanent Shape the future of sustainable finance through regulatory expertise and impactful ESG strategy The Role: As an ESG Regulatory Consultant at Capco, you will work with leading financial services organisations to navigate the rapidly evolving ESG regulatory landscape. You will support clients in meeting compliance requirements, embedding sustainable practices, and delivering measurable impact through robust ESG strategies. What You’ll Do: - Advise clients on ESG regulatory frameworks including EU Taxonomy, SFDR, TCFD, TNFD, GRI, ISSB, and CSRD disclosures - Conduct ESG risk, double materiality, gap, and impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities - Support the development and implementation of ESG strategies, policies, and governance frameworks - Deliver ESG data analysis, including emissions calculations (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and carbon reporting to support regulatory disclosures - Lead client engagements, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication What We’re Looking For: - Experience in ESG, sustainability, or regulatory co...
