Role Overview: As a (Junior) Pre-Sales Specialist, you are the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, guiding them from initial inquiry through post-sale support. You manage leads, book appointments, assist customers with documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to the installation teams, delivering a professional and friendly service experience. Key Responsibilities: Contact and qualify Dutch leads quickly and professionally. Explain Otovo’s solar solutions and Care Product clearly Book meetings with the Sales Team and guide customers through next steps. Manage inbound calls and first response through our CRM tool (Hubspot) Support customers with document submission and follow-ups.
