Supervisor, Maintenance - Electrical Job Summary: This position is responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of hourly employees’ work during the execution of electrical preventative and reactive maintenance. Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE): - Maintain 100% compliance with and fully support refinery HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and initiatives - Serve as a safety leader within the Refinery by setting the example for safety in the field - Address/communicate observed unsafe conditions immediately - Instill the expectation to identify and eliminate hazards associated with daily work activity and enforce the use of safe work procedures and practices - Consider potential HSE impacts when completing maintenance work scope. - Participate in weekly safety meetings and monthly safety audits for assigned production area. Daily Support (Tactical responsibilities): - Communicate electrical equipment maintenance resource availability updates to AMCs at the start of each shift when it impacts multi-craft work and schedule or as requested by ABT. - Obtain the latest equipment readiness status and receive adjusted work front and revised daily work schedule from AMCs - Ass...
