Job description

The Mail Fulfillment Operator runs mail processing equipment for the company’s in-house print shop includes setting up and monitoring equipment, as well as quality checking the finished products. This role is responsible for high-quality, on-time work with accurate piece counts for fulfillment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently in a high-volume fulfillment environment. This role is required onsite at our Richardson, TX location. 2 shifts available: 6am-3pm or 11am-8pm Key Responsibilities: · Set up and operate mail inserting equipment. · Read and interpret job tickets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed. · Complete jobs in priority order and ensure adherence to turnaround times, deadlines, and service levels. · Continually monitor quality and equipment to ensure proper operation. · Follow quality control standards. · Prepare mail for delivery to post office and/or third-party delivery services with correct labels and packaging. · Track piece counts and ensure QR code tracking software is updated and accurate. · Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environ...
