Summary The Senior Engineer I is a fully proficient individual contributor who leads defined engineering efforts and owns technical outcomes for moderately complex products, projects, or subsystems. This role applies sound engineering judgment to design, analysis, and problem-solving activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities: Technical Execution & Judgement: - Owns technical outcomes for assigned components, subsystems, or projects with moderate complexity. - Applies independent engineering judgment to design decisions, analyses, and problem resolution within established standards and practices. - Escalates complex or high-risk issues appropriately while contributing to resolution. Project Participation & Coordination: - Participates in and supports medium-scale engineering projects, contributing to technical planning, execution, and delivery. - Provides reliable engineering input to project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinates engineering activities with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to support project objectives.
