Work Shift: Second Shift - Somersworth (United States of America) Work Shift Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Objective: Ability to operate a Mold In Cut to Length production line following established Standard Operating Procedures. Adhere and Maintain quality standards and a clean work area. Complete necessary paperwork or computer work, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain established production standards. Essential Job Functions: - Operate Mold-in line, which laminates various raw materials together and cuts to a specified length, while ensuring 100% on time delivery and highest quality as required by our automotive customers. - Line consists of PLC (Human Interface) Computer, Hook Cutter, Ultrasonic welders, un-coilers, lamination stations, indexing units, and cut to length station. - Perform duties by following established written procedures, such as starting up and shutting down and basic maintenance of line components. - Carry out all written and/or verbal instructions, as assigned by Supervisor/Lead. - Make up and label boxes/totes as required, seal boxes with tape when complete, place or tape part on box/tote and place on...
