Description I E University´s School of Science and Technology invites applications for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position in Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching of undergraduate courses such as Mechanics, Dynamic Systems, and Thermodynamics. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong research record in a field closely related to: A doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Prior teaching experience and evidence of academic or professional contributions in the field will be viewed favorably. Faculty are expected to engage in high-quality research, pursue external funding, and contribute to curriculum development and university service. We value candidates with the capacity to collaborate in applied research projects led by the Impact Xcelerator at IE School of Science and Technology, specifically in Sustainable Energy & Thermal Systems, Cyber-Physical Systems & Smart Manufacturing, and AI-driven Control for Engineering Applications.
