JOB SUMMARY: Works collaboratively with members of the education department, employees, and the Director of Nursing at both Mountain View Hospital (MVH), Idaho Falls Community Hospital (IFCH), and affiliates. They are to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational activities for staff. This includes assisting with professional development, in-services and continuing education. Will be required to teach and follow American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines through the Mountain View Hospital Training Center. The roles of the Advanced Clinical Instructor includes promoter of evidence-based practice, educator, facilitator, collaborator, and advocate for safe quality patient care.
