Position Summary Adjunct Faculty positions are temporary, part-time positions hired on an as-needed basis. The adjunct instructor will be responsible for creating a learning environment that assists learners in reaching their professional goals and for providing effective instruction within the framework of workforce and non-credit training. This role focuses on delivering training in quality management and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma. The instructor will support workforce development by helping individuals and employer partners improve processes, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence. Major Responsibilities: Workforce Quality / Six Sigma Training Responsibilities - Perform all instructional duties necessary to teach and facilitate learner success in assigned courses - Provide course outlines and instructional materials aligned with workforce training objectives - Maintain attendance and progress records according to institutional guidelines - Submit requested information within established timelines - Be available to learners outside scheduled training time for support and coaching - Address learner concerns and collaborate with prog...
