Job description

What you’ll do: - Shape the future of health and care - Work on projects that directly impact the business and contribute to Transcarent’s mission of better health and care - Own a project from start to finish - Scope, define, and drive a product initiative through discovery, development, and launch during your internship - Conduct user and market research - Interview customers, analyze usage data, and assess the competitive landscape to surface insights that inform product decisions - Write product requirements - Translate research findings into clear user stories, specs, or PRDs that engineering teams can build against - Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to align on priorities and deliver outcomes - Analyze product metrics - Dig into quantitative data to evaluate feature performance, identify opportunities, and make recommendations backed by evidence - Present to leadership - Communicate your findings, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders through written and verbal presentations - Contribute to roadmap planning - Participate in prioritization discussions and help evaluate tradeoffs across impa...
