The Amazon Leo business operations team is looking for a Sr Manager, Sales Planning and Compensation to build and manage a team of segment-focused Sales Operations and Compensation Leads. This high-impact role will lead the development, implementation, management, and compliance of critical global sales planning and sales compensation policies and programs.
