The Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. CenterWell Senior Primary Care Clinic located at 7551 Youree Drive, Suite 11, Shreveport, LA 71105 is seeking a NP/PA Variable Service Provider who can work 4-5 days a week 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for 4-6 weeks. The clinic operates Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This opportunity would suit someone with a flexible schedule who can commit to full-time for this timeframe.
