People Operations Manager About us: Elixirr (www.elixirr.com) is looking for a People Operations Manager to join Elixirr’s Operations team, supporting the Elixirr Group internationally with a focus on payroll and employee equity programmes. Elixirr International plc is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange following its successful IPO in July 2020. The Elixirr business provides management consultancy services to corporate clients in many jurisdictions including the UK, EU, USA, South Africa, Asia and South America. Elixirr prides itself on doing things differently and has positioned itself as the Challenger Consultancy. It is expanding its business through inorganic and organic growth. Elixirr has completed eight acquisitions since its IPO and has several potential targets in its acquisition pipeline. This role is an exciting, hands-on position that will support across a range of day-to-day people operations activities, as well as leading key initiatives across payroll and employee equity programmes.
