Evening Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job description

Job Description: - Troubleshoot and make repairs mechanical, hydraulic, and peumatic systems. - Ensure all equipment is safe operating condition before returning equipment to production staff control. - Test effectiveness of all repairs. - Perform all preventative maintenance. - Actively participate in the continous improvement of facility, equipment, and prodecures. - Document task completion in accordance with department standards. - Communicate all changes and all important information to the Manager or Lead. - Troubleshoot and make repairs to electrical systems. - Insure that all work centers adhere to 5S discipline. - Fabricate equipment or components in a manner compliant with Management of CHange stadards. - Follow and enfore all applcable Enviroment, health and Safety, ISO, Food Safety and GMP policies and procedures. - Report unsafe conditions and behaviors Risk Assessment and NRTHA (Non-routine task hazard analysis) - Maintenance experience required, must be able to competenly operate automation, assembly and molding equipment. - Must be mechanically inclined and able to identify root cause and corrective action.
