JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for an intern to support the team in managing the product selection process, in collaboration with the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager for the category, ensuring alignment with the merchandising strategy across the product category and relevant geographical areas. RESPONSABILITIES: - Supports the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in choosing products for main and special orders, helping define quantities for the assigned region. - Works with the Country Retail Merchandising Manager to adapt the global product selection to local market needs. - Helps with sales budget planning for the category and region, together with the Planning and Finance teams. - Visits stores regularly to observe market trends, customer preferences, and competitors. - Tracks sales results to help keep the right product mix and display in stores. - Shares fee...
