Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Receive and verify incoming food and beverage deliveries, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and compliance with internal procedures. - Reject unacceptable products and maintain traceability integrity using internal lot numbers (Julian Sticker System). - Adhere to food safety regulations, including FIFO (First In, First Out), date marking, proper labeling, and HACCP protocols. - Distribute products to appropriate storage areas, including dry storage, coolers, freezers, and designated sections for meat, fish, and produce. - Break down pallets and...
