Job DetailsJob Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 Base+Commission/yearAs Service Advisor, you have a key role in a dealership’s service department, acting as a primary point of contact between customers and the service team. This role is responsible for managing service appointments, explaining any repairs needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. You are to model behaviors and a culture for success including integrity, respect, drive, community, fun and pride without ego, with self-confidence, and creativity. Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance. Show empathy for customers’ vehicle concerns and provide trust and confidence with addressing their vehicle concerns. Properly and accurately create a repair order for all vehicle repairs. Schedule service appointments. Welcome customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain all vehicle information.
