Description: The Senior Talent Management Manager will help shape and advance Amneal's talent management strategy in support of business growth, organizational effectiveness, and a strong internal talent pipeline. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support key talent priorities including performance management, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, competency and skill integration, and talent insights. The Senior Manager will help translate enterprise priorities into practical, scalable talent programs that support employee growth, build critical skills and competencies, and strengthen retention. Education: Experience: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $165,000. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting.
