WPM is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our service team at 611 Park Avenue in Baltimore, MD. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; at least 2 years prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. Must have valid driver's license and vehicle to use on site, currant HVAC Certifications preferred. Apartment Service Technician: Location: Baltimore, MD Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, rotating on call after hours every 2 weeks Starting Hourly Rate: $20/h+ Phone allowance At WPM your job as a Service Technician is to respond to maintenance repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in for new residents.
