The Opportunity: The Service Advisor is responsible for coordinating AGI Service from start to finish including in-house service repairs and remote, onsite repairs while providing exceptional customer service. This individual will support Service Technicians by ensuring parts availability and coordinating communication between all internal and external stakeholders throughout the repair process.
