Overview The Retail Employee / Project Specialist is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensures our customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order. This is a non-commissioned, hourly sales and register position. This role focuses on two primary objectives: To be considered for this position, you must have weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) and some weekday evening availability (Monday - Friday, 4 PM - 9 PM) - Providing excellent customer service on our sales floor while actively engaging in selling behaviors, to complete selling interactions, and drive store profit. - Tendering customer transactions at checkout with speed and accuracy while actively enrolling 35% of our customers in the Container Store loyalty/reward program.
