That’s where you come in. What we expect from you: Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across Americas — sometimes leading the process, sometimes acting as a sounding board. You will recruit across our Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements Build and optimize sourcing programs — leveraging traditional channels as well as areas we have never thought of before Find not just good candidates, but people who can accelerate Planhat’s trajectory Bring structure, data, and precision to how we recruit — and help elevate the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
