Tool Install and Construction Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a Tool Install & Construction Engineer to support semiconductor tool installation, facility infrastructure coordination, and construction project management within our East Fishkill manufacturing site. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader who ensures process equipment, facility systems, and construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with onsemi standards. This position requires a strong background in semiconductor tool install, construction engineering, facilities engineering, or related fields. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate semiconductor tool install projects from design through commissioning. - Develop installation scopes of work, design packages, and schedules in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors. - Interface with manufacturing, facilities, construction management, and OEM vendors to ensure successful tool hookups (electrical, mechanical, chemical, gas, exhaust, etc.). - Review and approve engineering drawings, submittals, and construction documentation. - Ensure all construction and install activities adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Monitor field progres...
