This hands-on technical leadership role directly manages a team of five data engineers and analysts and plays a central role in advancing the organization’s data maturity and analytics capabilities. This leader is both a strategist and practitioner—guiding data solutions, shaping architecture direction, mentoring technical staff, and ensuring our analytics platforms support enterprise objectives.
