Job Summary: As a Career Services Advisor at CIAT, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students and alumni in their career development and job search efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Career Counseling: Provide one-on-one career advising sessions to students and alumni, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
