The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance. Position: 1st Shift Building Maintenance: Shift: Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:00pm): Pay: $20.75 per hour: In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules; Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions; Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; Ability to lift/move product that may weigh up to 100 pounds; Ability to bend, stoop or crouch frequently in the course of the shift; Have appropriate hand, eye, and foot coordination to properly use hand tools and mechanical equipment; Ability to climb ladders and work at higher elevations Be part of the world’s largest l...
