Lifeguard (Certified or Non-Certified): CPR and LIFEGUARD Certification Commitment: YES Communities is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its residents, which is why we proudly offer to cover the expenses (of up to $200) associated with obtaining essential certifications. This includes not only lifeguard certification but also CPR training, so that our community members can feel confident and prepared in any situation requiring life-saving skills. By prioritizing the provision of these certifications, we aim to create a secure and thriving environment for all. Your role at YES: As a community with families and children, it will be up to you to ensure that the pool area is safe and secure and that the residents are following rules and regulations established by the community. You need to ensure that the pool and surrounding areas including the pool bathrooms are opened and well-stocked. And should an emergency come up, you will be one of the valued members who may be called on to assist.
