*THIS POSTING IS TO FILL THE CURRENT VACANCY AND TO ESTABLISH AN ELIGIBILITY LIST TO FILL ANY FUTURE VACANCIES THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS* *This position requires 5 days in the office at least. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent is required. Five years of experience performing administrative, customer service and data entry/document processing work in a fast-paced customer support environment are required. Experience in a transportation environment is desired. Knowledge of transportation services, ADA regulations, and operating policies and procedures is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Analytical, problem solving skills and personal computer skills required. Knowledge of the Trapeze PASS (Passenger Automated Scheduling System) highly desirable. Experience providing service to the elderly and to persons with disabilities or working in a health care provider's office, is highly desirable.
