Job Title: Van / Valet Driver Job Summary: The Van/Valet Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests and providing exceptional first impressions through courteous valet and transportation services. This role requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Guest Transportation: - Safely operate company vans/shuttles to transport guests to and from designated locations (e.g., airport, local attractions, parking areas) - Follow scheduled routes and maintain punctual pick-up/drop-off times - Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local areas when appropriate Valet Services: - Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure - Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely - Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys - Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report any incidents Customer Service: - Deliver a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times - Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly - Represent the property in a positive and welcoming manner Safety & Compliance: - Adhere to all traffic laws and co...
