Job description

Amentum is seeking a Configuration Management/Data Management (CMDM) Manager to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). Key Responsibilities: - Serves as the manager for Configuration Management, Data Management, Product Support (technical manual development/maintenance, integrated logistics support, etc.), and Technical Data Management (drafting, drawing development/maintenance, etc.) functions on the Western Range. - Provides Configuration Management Data Management (CMDM) related technical judgment and leadership, is highly proactive, and knowledgeable in processes across the functional areas supported by the CMDM Department. - Provides managerial direction with an understanding and adherence to established department/company policies and procedures ensuring a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members. - Interfaces with internal and external customers, coordinates process and product reviews, establishes and maintains product baselines, and reviews and releases engineering work products - Prepares proposals, basis of estimate generation and personnel resource management. - Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to deliv...
