Position Summary: The Electrician-Focused Maintenance Technician ensures all electrical systems and devices are compliant with code and pass NSpire inspection. This role requires strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering safe, fully functional units. Responsibilities: - Repair or replace outlets, switches, breakers, and GFCIs. - Install and test smoke/CO detectors. - Verify operability of lighting, fans, and hardwired appliances. - Document compliance with electrical safety requirements. - Assist the generalist with basic turn duties when electrical work is complete. Requirements: - Journeyman or equivalent electrical training preferred. - Experience in multifamily or residential maintenance. - Familiarity with HUD/NSpire standards a plus.
