Work Shift: Second Shift - Somersworth (United States of America) Work Shift Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Objective: Safely operate dye kettles for wide or narrow goods, mix dye formulas, maintain quality standards and keep work area clean and orderly. Accurately complete necessary paperwork. Follow Standard Operating Procedures. Perform dye kettle procedures for wide goods on as needed basis. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor. Essential Job Functions: Follow prescribed rules and safety regulations. Set up and run orders in order according to dispatch report or as directed by supervisor/manager. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for each dye lot in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures including entering formulas and procedures into the DyePro system. Weigh dyes and chemicals and add to proper machine according to formula and Standard Operating Procedures. Complete inventory transactions timely and accurately in Oracle system . Enter work orders for machine malfunctions and mechanical failures. Report scrap to supervisor/managers as it occurs. Load and unload material from woven and knit dyeing sides. Keep...
