Willdan Lighting and Electric (WLE), a subsidiary of Willdan, is looking for an Outreach & Marketing Manager in our New York, NY office to support Multifamily Utility Incentive programs that promote the installation of energy efficiency measures. The candidate must be able to work in a collaborative environment with our engineering staff, program managers and sales team to communicate with and educate multifamily building owners, board members, and contractors on the benefits of Utility Incentive Programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Promote the energy efficiency program by engaging in outreach activities including prospective customer/contractor lunch and learns, inbound prospective customer support, trade show presentations, tabling at conferences or community resource fairs, webinars, and cold calling. - Develop outreach plans in collaboration with program management team to target key market segments to achieve the program’s energy efficiency targets. - Provide tracking and reporting of relevant outreach KPIs for strategy analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis. - Assist building owners by providing clear and informative guidance on energy efficienc...
