You’ll reset tables, run food and beverages, stock stations, and support servers and bartenders so guests enjoy a polished, timely experience. Key Responsibilities: Guest Support: Greet guests warmly; deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately; handle special requests and allergy notes per SOP. Table Resets: Clear, sanitize, and reset tables to standard; maintain tidy dining and service areas. Expo & Delivery: Coordinate with the expo/kitchen to ensure correct items, modifiers, and seat numbers; manage multi-plate carries and tray service safely. Stock & Prep: Refill water, coffee, bread, condiments, and side stations; restock glassware, silverware, plates, and napkins; polish as needed. Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food-safety and sanitation practices (handwashing, glove use, temp danger zone awareness); keep floors dry, aisles clear, and use wet-floor signs.
