As a Polysomnographic or “Sleep” Technician, the sounds of silence rock your world. Finding the answers to your patient’s sleep problems and disorders is what keeps you up at night, for real, as you prepare the sleep lab and perform basic and advanced diagnostic sleep studies. Monitoring brain waves, eye movements, oxygen levels, heart rate and breathing during sleep stages and cycles, you never get tired of this ever-evolving science. You’re a sleep sleuth who gets excited when you find the key to your patient’s health issue and peace of mind. Sweet!
