What’s the role?: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join the Customer Engagement Technology team within Consumer Technology, working as part of the Digital Banker squads on a new staff digital platform. You’ll contribute to a strategic, cloud‑based initiative focused on simplifying staff experiences across sales and servicing, helping improve customer service, reduce risk, and make Westpac a better place to work. Additionally, you will collaborate within cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions for the Westpac Digital platform. You’ll write clean, secure code aligned to best practices, design REST APIs using OpenAPI standards, and reuse shared components where possible. You’ll also help diagnose and resolve complex service issues and maintain strong code quality through regular security and quality scans.
