Job Description: Mars Petcare is looking for a CI Specialist to join our exciting pet food business at one of our manufacturing plants located in Kansas City, Mo . The CI Specialist is responsible for leading loss elimination within an MSE, Mars Supply Excellence team and is critical to supporting all MSE pillars, specifically FMOS and AM. This individual is expected to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and mastery of process control, area operation and to support all Daily Management Systems (DMS) owners. What are we looking for?: Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in engineering, supply, business, or technical field of study 1-2 years of related work experience Demonstrated technical aptitude: Excellent written and oral communication skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills: Proficient in MS Office: Clear ability to relate to and motivate people Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply, Business, or technical field of study Experience within a TPM manufacturing environment Ability to build Power BI Dashboard Certified Trainer: Demonstrated capability to effectively train associates Provides clear effective coach...
