We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OpEx and Organic Growth Specialist to support initiatives that drive performance improvement and sustainable business growth across our dialysis network in Poland. This role will report directly to the OpEx & Organic Growth Manager and will work closely with clinic leadership, business operations, and cross-functional teams across the region. Role Overview: The OpEx and Organic Growth Specialist will support the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives aimed at driving organic growth, enhancing patient experience, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall development of the Fresenius NephroCare Poland network.
