About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond traditional HR administration into a broader generalist position, with exposure to employee relations, policy development and HR projects. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support the full employee lifecycle while contributing to key people initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities: Core HR Operations: day-to-day HR activities including employee records, contracts, and documentation management onboarding and induction processes across multiple stakeholders - Support - Facilitate - Maintain HR systems and reporting: training to LMS, enrol users and resolve or escalate technical issues onboarding, surveys and compliance tracking employee engagement activities, recognition programs and internal communication initiatives with organisational reporting, audits and HR metrics - Upload - Coordinate - Support - Assist Policy, Process & Governance: the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, process and manuals organisational charts and HR documentation compliance with internal standards and e...
