ION Solar is seeking a Sales Recruiter to support our hiring efforts through Indeed and other recruiting platforms. This role is responsible for contacting and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring process from initial application to onboarding. Duties/Responsibilities: Contact and screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and interest Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with sales leadership Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline in a timely and organized manner Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking and CRM systems Required Skills/Abilities: 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or related fields Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills Proven ex...
