Your Impact: The Safety Coordinator develops and maintains company safety program, ensuring compliance with Federal and State Safety regulations while promoting a safe, accident free and healthy work environment. A Glimpse of What You’ll Do Oversees all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmentally sustainable development programs Manages investigations for work-related accidents and reports workers’ compensation claims and OSHA recording; prepares Safety Programs Recommends and promotes Safety training programs; coordinates the scheduling of all safety training; participates in New Hire Orientations Conducts regular physical inspections of projects to complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA/JSA); conducts safety audits and trainings Interact with state/federal agencies and consultants to ensure compliance with MIOSHA, OSHA, EPA, FAA requirements Works closely with HR Manager on Workers’ Compensation and injury management Produces safety...
