At Kiddie Academy (KAGS Group) we provide high-quality early childhood education to families across the Greater Seattle area. We are seeking an experienced recruiter to lead hiring across our multi-location organization. This is a hands-on and high-ownership role for an early childhood education recruiter who understands the childcare talent market, knows how to identify strong teachers and management talent, and can move candidates through the hiring process with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment. We are looking for someone with recruiting experience in child care, preschool, early childhood education, or a similar service-based environment.
