Company Description As a OPS Process & System Specialist in our OPS Data & Process Governance team with a focus on our SAP SD/MM + TM tools, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, and leading initiatives that enhance our processes . Your expertise will be critical in supporting and improving our processes, analysing ticket root causes, and proactively addressing issues to prevent recurrence. You will also take ownership of coordinating and executing small DPG projects, while acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders. As a key part of the OPS Data & Process Governance team at Red Bull Headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg), this role leverages extensive expertise in ERP Systems, Transportation Management (TM), and cross-functional processes to drive operational excellence and strategic improvements within the organization.
