Location: Kahului, Hawaiʻi Department: Operations Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Annual Compensation: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 Final compensation will be based on experience. The Opportunity: Alpha Inc. is looking for a Process Analyst who can walk into the middle of operational complexity, see the pattern, cut through the noise, and build a better way forward. This is not a “make pretty flowcharts and disappear” role. This is for the person who can sit with field leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, understand how the work actually gets done, and turn pain points into cleaner systems, sharper workflows, stronger reporting, and measurable performance gains. You’ll analyze the way Alpha moves — across operations, teams, tools, handoffs, bottlenecks, data, and documentation — then help build the processes that make us faster, tighter, safer, and more scalable.
