Treasury Relationship Officer - Spokane

Job description

Treasury Relationship Officers will partner with ICCU Commercial Loan Officers, Business Relationship Officers and Private Client Officers, to acquire, expand and retain business members with basic and advanced cash management needs. The Officer will identify prospect/business member needs and participate in various aspects of sales and portfolio management, including sales calls and relationship reviews for business members with core and advanced treasury management needs. The Officer will also be responsible for acquiring new business deposits and retaining existing business deposits with ICCU. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or similar Treasury Management work experience. Proven track record of success in a business member focused environment with focused sale/service goals. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule Mon-Fri and occasional weekends. Strong financial acumen including the ability to read and understand income statements. Exceptional negotiating and closing skills. Strong communication skills.
